个人简介
李冰，西南财经大学法学硕士、新西兰惠灵顿维多利亚大学公共管理硕士。电子科技大学公共管理学院副教授。任教期间，先后为本科生讲授了《经济学原理》、《公共财政学》、《社会保障学》、《公共组织行为学》等课程，为留学生讲授《公共部门人力资源管理》。主要研究方向为社会保障制度、社会保障政策。发表在各类国际会议的学术论文15篇，其中7篇被EI检索；参与国家级省级及智库科研项目4项，主持四川省教育厅人文社科重点研究基地项目1项，主持市级重点项目1项。作为四川新型智库社会事业和社会保障研究智库关于“一老一小”问题研究之子课题负责人撰写的构建“四维嵌合”体系促进四川养老服务业健康发展于2018年11月被四川省委政策研究室、四川新型智库建设领导小组办公室智库成果专报2018年第28期采纳。撰写的新都区探索建立民生领域“三问于民”的改革方案被成都市新都区委政研室2018年11月采纳。
