个人简介

杨柳，西北农林科技大学博士毕业，芬兰赫尔辛基大学联合培养博士，电子科技大学公共管理学院博士后、副教授。主要从事农村公共事物治理研究，主持完成4项省部级项目，以第一作者身份在国内外核心刊物上公开发表论文12篇，其中CSSCI收录6篇，SSCI/SCI收录6篇，在社会科学文献出版社出版专著一部。
